The IBEW Local 1919 Women’s Committee is here to empower, support, and unify women across our union. We work to build confidence, leadership, and opportunity for every sister within our union.

What RENEW is all about!
Our mission is simple:
RENEW works to motivate and involve the next generation of IBEW members by addressing the issues that matter to younger workers, offering education about the IBEW and the labor movement, and building strong relationships between members and local union leadership.
We create programs, events, and social outings that bring younger members together to learn, connect, and build real solidarity while having a good time.
Any Local 1919 member age 35 years or younger can join.
